Personal Statement

Growing up I wanted to be an Architect. I found it fascinating, how science and technology could be used to construct a plan to improve the performance of a building. I 've always been intrigued by the level of creativity and dimensional precision that goes into sketching out blueprints using aesthetic elements of arts like color, lighting and other interesting materials.
It wasn’t until my final year of High School, when I agreed to partake in an elective course, suggested to me by my advisor. The best decision I made in my entire life. I engaged wholeheartedly in this course, both in and out of class. Perhaps the delivery of course material sparked my interest. The course wasn’t too extensive, but I was inspired to think logically. It was significantly in simplifying complex problems. Through out that year, I found myself determined to acquire as much knowledge as I could throughout the World Wide Web. I became devoted to the concept of learning about computers.
My first exposure to computer programing was through learning VBA coding, with which I learned to write simple input/output programs like basic arithmetic, text mode, and some logical statements. From there, I gradually moved on to intermediate level programming that required complex database

I will be committed to improving my computer security skills and acquiring a Masters degree from a reputable school. It is a plan of mine to transition into my company’s Cyber Security Operations team in near future. I currently have flexibility in my work schedule to pursue a degree from an accredited institution. These are the reasons why I have decided that it was time to earn a graduate
