Stress can really affect a person for example for me being stressed for so long interrupted my learning i couldn't focus no matter how hard i tried, everything that can my way would stress me out fighting with friends drama in school everything. If you know you are stressed you need to let your doctor know and or get a therapist because if you can do everyday tasks because being stressed you need to help yourself so u can succeed. People need to get help with managing their stress.
