How Sleep Affects Me
Alexis Black From what I have seen in my sleep worksheets I can be functional, at peak even, on less than six hours of sleep. However, I am only at peak after eating or exercising. It is at these times when I excell at my studies, and my chores. On the other hand, when I do not get enough sleep, usually less than four or five hours, I tend to be cranky and unable to do much.
