“Origami has had a big impact on my life by making making DNA”, let me explain. DNA is made up of a bunch of different proteins. Those proteins are also made up of a bunch of different particles grouping together and forming a specific shape. They form this specific shape by folding and molding the specific shape. The proteins then have to fit in a specific place or they will be used for something else.
“Origami has had a big impact on my life by helping NASA build satellites.” let me explain. NASA is trying to build a satellite that can be compacted to fit inside of a rocket. Using origami, they can make a solar panel that can fold to fit the diameter of the body tube. Solar cells could be transferred to a strong, foldable paper. So when it goes into space it folds out to it’s actual size and generate power to run the satellite. …show more content…
Sometime this can be a bad thing, like with mosquitos. But think about how many crops that are saved by bugs that eat crop damaging bugs. The way that bugs use origami is in their wings. When bugs are done using their wings they have to fold them in their hard exoskeleton so they don’t get damaged.
What are ways you can see origami helping you in your everyday life? How can you bond with other people using origami? When do you think you will use origami? Origami has had a big impact on my life by making my DNA, letting us see the far reaches of our galaxy, and helping bugs fly
