I’m chimene Gato. I was born in Congo democratic in Goma in April 27,1997. I’m twenty years old for now. I study all of my kindergarten and middle school in a small corrupted place called Beni. I was born in a religious family a, as a result of that I began to sing in choir at the age of 5. I was forced to go to church every sunday and some days in during the week. However, after I get older I started making some decisions on my own so I fall in love with God and feel that I really want to serve him truth until when I was 16 years old. Well as life continues, I moved from my mother country to a foreign country called Uganda right after my middle school. I stay day for about five years without getting any education. Life was not easy. Me and my family past through difficult situation in the point that we we were spending even a day without eating.

I remember during those days I could even stay 3 days fasting without even drinking water and when I’m fasting I could only prefer staying in the Church or to the mountain. My relationship with God was growing day and night. After a long period of time, on God’s grace in 2014 my family was accepted to come to U.S. when I reach in the U.S., expressing myself in English was a great challenge in my high school and in the society. But on thing that i like myself about was that I did not give up and I gave myself courage even when I did not understand what my teachers were telling me. The Most thing that I value a lot since my childhood was singing and worship God and my education. Even when things were getting worse I knew that I would get over them one day so that really motivated me a lot. My easiest emotions is when I’m talking about what God has done in my life. Throughout my childhood until now, I have past through a lot of difficulty
