Let’s begin with Curley, he is the ranch owner’s son that Lennie and George works for. Starting chaos is his thing, he tries to prove to everyone that he is higher than anybody else. He always try to start a fire with another member of the ranch to prove his point. Towards the middle of the book, he tried to pick on Slim but he ended up being a coward against him. He was trying to build his reputation back after Slim scared him, so he decided to pick on Lennie. He said to Lennie, “Come on, ya big bastard. Get up your feet.
