In the article “How Much Fat Per Day – How Many Grams Of Fat Should You Eat?” (2007-2014) written by A Calorie Counter, it demonstrates that calculating the amount of calories a person needs in one day can be done easily. The author starts his article explaining what calories do for our body and how keeping it at a healthy rate is better for us in the bigger picture, and ends it with the numbers to punch in to calculate the amount of calories we need. The purpose is to help people stay healthy and track their calories per day. The intended audience is anyone who cares about what they are eating and how it could affect their body.
This source was useful because it was small and still gave me enough information to understand how to calculate
