There economy was very bad, and also disease spread which weakened the society leading to being overthrown in war. In rome they had inflation which lead to people not being able to buy the things they needed. This caused them to become very weak and not able to defend themselves properly in war. The second society that fell because of their economy was the Persian Empire. The leaders kept most of the silver and gold. They also went into an economic depression. They had very big problems with their economy, taxes and much more that lead to their fall. The third society that fell because of their economy was Easter Island. They depended on trees “rakau” very much. The trees were their shelter, their food, their income, and they provided heat. They cut down all the trees which caused an economic depression. They fell because they didn’t have enough income, food, shelter or heat. They just did themselves in when the cut down the trees. Those were just three societies that fell partly due to economic problems. They all had big problems and just fell into a hole with their broken economy, lets hope America doesn’t fall into that hole
