Essay On How Many Hours On Average Did You Sleep Per Night

How many hours, on average did you sleep per night? Why?
On the weekend (including Friday) I slept an average of around 10 hours because I tend to sleep in on the weekends because I do not have to wake up early.
On the weekday I slept an average of 8.1 hours. The average was increased by the hours I slept on Thursday night because on that night I slept for around 12 hours since I did not have class on Friday. It was lowered by my lack of sleep on Monday night in which I only slept 4 hours due to homework.
In total my average hours of sleep for all seven days are around 8.9 hours.

This week my Priorities were to finish my Essay due this week, to finish and do well on my art projects, and also to finish this time Management assignment. I did accomplish my priorities because I finished my essay and my art projects. I also received positive critiques on my art from my teacher. I also finished my time management assignment so I feel that all my priorities were met on an academic level.
On a personal level my priority was to celebrate my Father’s birthday well and I feel I also accomplished this because he was happy on his birthday and seemed content with his gifts and how we celebrated his birthday.

What did you do to relax or reward yourself?
I rewarded myself by allowing myself to sleep in and also by allowing myself down time which I usually meant watching TV on my phone.

What will you continue to do to manage your time? In other words, what worked for you?
