Endangered LionsHave you even thought about what the world would look like without one of it’smost iconic and beloved animal, the African Lion? Well, it’s sad to say that the Africanlion’s endangerment has been made official. Due to a history of poaching and decliningliving space, the West African Lion has officially been marked as endangered which hasput it under the protection of the US endangered species act. Although there is alreadysomewhat of a movement towards preserving these lions, it’s not enough. People needto start respecting the Lions lives and habitats as it is a crucial species in Africa’secosystem and tourist attractions, or one day we will live in a world where the thought oflions is a thing of the past.
