One of the main characters in To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee is Scout. Scout is a really honest person, she can make a long list of complaints about other people but herself. Scout comes from a rich family, and that is why they can afford help from a colored woman called Cal. Scout and Cal don't go along with each other, but Scout respect Cal. In the book, the author writes few scenes when Scout has a conversion about or with other colored people. Atticus Scout dad respect and see exactly color people and white people.
