Islam and Hinduism are the second and third most followed religions in the world and are both in agreement on their conceptualization of God. Islam emphasizes the oneness of God, Allah, in several ways such as their ninety-nine different names for Allah. The Christian concept of the Trinity is in accordance with the Hindu concept of the Trimurti. Although there are several commonalities between Hinduism, Islam, Christianity, and Judaism, the differences would make it difficult to be completely satisfied. A Muslim would have a hard time buying into the concept of the Trimurti and a Christian would have a hard time believing in the concept of incarnation, and Jews may have a diffuclt time adjusting to the polytheistic elements of avatars. Ultimately, Hinduism has a broad range of diverse ideas and philosophies and Hindus are free to find his or her place in the religion.
