How Is Hinduism A Universal Religion

Hinduism incorporates many ideas and belief from other religions, but it is hard to call it a universal religion because followers of other religions would not be completely satisfied by all the aspects of it.
Islam and Hinduism are the second and third most followed religions in the world and are both in agreement on their conceptualization of God. Islam emphasizes the oneness of God, Allah, in several ways such as their ninety-nine different names for Allah. In a similar fashion, Hinduism focuses on the idea of the supreme existence/absolute reality of the universe. The Christian concept of the Trinity is in accordance with the Hindu concept of the Trimurti. Hinduism perceives creation as the work of three fundamental forces symbolized by three gods from the Trimurti: Brahma, the creator, Vishnu, the sustainer, and Shiva, the destroyer. Although there are several commonalities between Hinduism, Islam, Christianity, and Judaism, the differences would make it difficult to be completely satisfied. A Muslim would have a hard time buying into the concept of the Trimurti and a Christian would have a hard time believing in the concept of incarnation, and Jews may have a diffuclt time adjusting to the polytheistic elements of avatars. Ultimately, Hinduism has a broad range of diverse ideas and philosophies and Hindus are free to find his or her place in the religion. This is why it is not uncommon to find two people who identify as Hindu who have completely different
