Attending high school and then going on to college is what some people do in their lives. Going through these transitions gives you many emotions and responsibilities which can be exciting but challenging at the same time. Growing up we all think that we want to get out of high school as soon as possible because college is going to give you more freedom. That’s not the case, high school and college have some similarities but they also have many differences that you wouldn’t expect. High school is more structural and mandatory where in college you have more personal freedom and it 's optional. They’re both a place where you can learn. In addition, you can meet all kind of different people and make memories in both college and high school. The big one is everyone still crams to study at the last-minute for test and exams. By waiting until the last minute has some consequences. Quote from Amanda Pair ” You can’t just look at your notes once and expect to get an A on your exam, I sometimes cram the night before to make sure I understand everything for the test” We all know that most people go through college and high school so you can tell that college is more challenging. You will also find out that there are many difference between the two that you wouldn’t have thought in high school. Not only do you get to see that there are many differences between college and high school there are a few similarities. Even though college is more challenging, tiring, and more responsibilities due to higher level education it’s also exciting.
