Integrity is an important social aspect around the world. For example, we expect our doctors to have integrity and to be honest with us about diagnoses, especially when it comes to dealing with our health. We expect that people will have integrity and go back to a store and pay for something they forgot to pay for. Yet, what is integrity? As defined in the English dictionary, integrity is the quality of being honest, having strong moral principles, and willingness to do what is right.
