How do you see yourself as a writer? I see myself as an aspiring professional journalist who wants to write every day. I understand I need to improve on some writing skills, but that’s why I try to practice every day.
What would you think are your strengths as a writer? (spend the most time here, please.). I feel like I talk more through my writing, so I believe one of my strengths is being able to express myself through writing and giving a lot of detail in one of my writing pieces.

I researched every day for good schools that would provide me with an excellent education for my future.
Why did you set that goal?
Honestly, I did not set a lot of personal goals in the past because I felt like I would never achieve them anyway. After my pap passed away, I realized that I needed to set goals, grow up, and improve my life.
How did you work toward it?
Every goal you work toward is tough, but accomplishing a tough goal makes you a better person. I found a school that had a major I was interested in studying, then I applied to that school. Next, my mom and I struggled with the financial aid process, but eventually we got it straightened out.
Were you successful? Why or why not?
I accomplished my goal of attending college because I never gave up on working toward my dream goal. I hit some bumps on the road to my goal, but I drove over them and now I am in college.
What would you do differently if you could do it over?
If I could go back in time I would have started college right after high school, so I would be done with college by now. Honestly, it makes me mad that I did not start college right after high school, but I can’t change the past, I can only focus on the
