How am I feeling when I imagine staying here?
Tune into Your Body and Ask the Questions
To tune into your body, use the long lead in from page 18. When you feel relaxed and calm ask yourself the first question.
1. How am I feeling when I imagine moving north? Allow the feelings to come and write them down. For example, I felt free, light, and had a sense of space all around me.
2. And then bring your awareness back to the breath, close your eyes, and go into the pause. And ask yourself – How am I feeling when I imagine staying here? Open your eyes and write it down. I felt constricted, I coughed and felt all closed.
You don’t know at the beginning of the journey how it is going to turn out, and you don’t know what will happen on the way there.
As checking in with your bodymind becomes habitual, you will make decisions more in alignment with your true values and desires. You will trust yourself more and more as time goes on.
