I will start out my book by saying…a lot of people wonder how can they start life again all over again and how can they start life from the inside out? My answer to that is, just start exactly from where you are, from the inside out. Huh?!!! It still does not make sense, well if you think about it, what does make sense in life? Hmmm….nothing!!! Because, our life is a mystery to many, we all have different experiences and situations that we have gone through, and we all respond differently. How I deal with my life, will not be the same as another person. So, I guess you are asking yourself, well then what is the first step? The first step starts here, as you read this book, you are opening your heart and soul, to new changes and challenges and you are making yourself vulnerable to want to change from the inside out. Okay, so I guess I will get straight to the point! In order to start from the inside out, one must be willing to be open, and honest with oneself, so that one can receive the full healing that one needs in order to change. …show more content…
In order for one to live a healthy and successful life, one must LET GO and LET GOD!!! It does not matter if you are a Christian or not, a key principle to moving forward “IS LETTING GO FROM THE INSIDE OUT”, and if you do this, you will see results, immediately, it is just that SIMPLE! Also, remember your mind is a key factor in changing, you also have to change your way of thinking in order to move
