In terms of physical ability in relation to health, I am far from athlete level, however, I can climb a set of stairs or do some jogging and stretching without becoming breathless. Breakfast for me typically consists of frosted flakes cereal or pancakes. On weekdays for lunch I usually have a sandwich and for dinner I eat rice with any curry that my mother makes. While I do eat relatively unhealthy snacks often, I do try and incorporate as many fruits and vegetables as I can into my diet. I eat things like broccoli, berries, potatoes and various summer fruits. I also limit the amount of fast food I eat, only eating out three or four times a month. As for what I drink, I do not consume much soda, and I typically only drink water or milk and the occasional glass of fruit juice. The amount of water I drink daily typically varies from seven to ten cups. I also do not consume alcohol, smoke cigarettes or use any recreational drugs, meaning I allow my body and brain to develop properly. Personally, I believe I am quite mentally healthy as I am happy with myself as a person, I have good emotional intelligence and I am surrounded by good people who help maintain my mental health. Mental wellness is probably the area of healthiness where I feel I do the best. I understand when I make mistakes and I am able to deal with things I do in a calm way and not take it out on myself, meaning I have healthy self esteem and am aware of how good I am and can be as a person. I also believe that I have a good ability to manage interpersonal relationships with family and friends and know when negativity outweighs positivity and what to do about it, so that the relationships in my life are healthy for me. Finally, I am surrounded by good people who help me make good choices in school, at home and in life. Mental wellness and health is very important to me and it is the area of health that I work hardest to keep up so in this area, I believe I am considerably healthy.
In the grand scheme of things, my self-declared 6.0 level of healthiness is all down to me and it is my choice to improve it. I do not believe I am the healthiest person of all and I know that I am not the least healthy either. My healthiness is about in the middle of the health spectrum thanks to what I eat, what I do, and how I keep my mind. I am looking to improve my healthiness; however, I do not believe it is
