This statement claims that to become profitable again, Ready-to-Ware should replace the new package of benefits and incentives with the reduced previous one, and use the money saved on research and development. To support this conclusion, the author cites two reasons. First, Ready-to-Ware’s quarterly profits have decreased over the last two years and thus indicate that the new package is too costly. Second, this package has hardly helped recruit and train high-quality professional staff. However, these claims alone do not constitute a logical line of reasoning in favour of the author’s conclusion, as he or she fails to mention several relevant factors on the basis of which the argument could be evaluated.…

Currently, if I was to answer the question of where I want to be with my life in 20 years, I would preferably hope to be working in the renewable energy or aviation industry. I want to be an engineer who works with a team to find new renewable energy or even modify previous equipment…

With about 1.7 billion people in the consumer class, the damage of overconsumption in developed countries, greatly impacts the environment. Consumerism in the U.S. is responsible for the depletion of 20% of the world’s resources, and 50% of it’s waste. But, just as capitalism spreads in developing countries, consumer culture spreads with it. As this culture constantly progresses, and the needs of the poor become harder to reach, the welfare of the environment is overlooked. According to the UN human development report in 1998, “runaway growth in consumption in the past fifty years is putting strains on the environment never before seen.”…
