How Has Love Changed Over Time

In 2017, as time passes that idea of love has changed; love is no longer the same as a 1900’s. Love has made its way to social media making it more complicated to find love. Love is complicated and love has its hardship. Love is a feeling you have for someone you care about. Relationships used to be simple, a boy had a crush on a girl. They would be too nervous to even talk, but eventually they built the courage to go out on a date. At present time is not so simple. It is not as laid- back as back in the day. From the influence of social media and technology, the way we even communicate with each other has changed.
Phones have applications that help us communicate with each other much more efficiently. When was the last time you received a handwritten letter expressing their love? Our generation has changed how we show affection towards our loved one. The equivalent to writing a letter is a text. Texting is used partially worldwide and it helps to bring people together. Texting is used to communicate with anyone, anywhere and at anytime. It is easier to text that person to see how their day was or tell them how much they mean to you rather than waiting to see them in person. According to divorce statics, many men will seek sex outside of the relationship simply to see if they can do it. It is just the male ego that leads to infidelity. As mentioned previously, the internet is used to communicate with a potential partner, but it can also be the reason a couple breaks up.
