Let me tell you first off, I am not the same person today as I was in seventh grade. For one thing, I was totally ignorant to the understanding that golf takes a lot of hard work. I figured that the people who worked hard were above me and I was below them. Second I no longer worry about other players, I have begun to just focus on my play. I am writing about this event because it is a huge event that changed my life. Now that that is all out of the way, I will continue with the story about my life.

The weather couldn’t get any better, sun is shining with 75 degree heat. Slight breeze to cool you off when you get hot. After watching a couple hours of golf, we begin our descent to the lunch tent. A huge room full of food that looks very expensive but doesn’t look appetizing to me due to the mass amount of vegetables and unknowns.. With all this food I ended up with a hot dog, strawberries, chips, and a chocolate-chip cookie. Outside of the place you get your food there are seats where you can eat your lunch that overlook the 17th green. This was so cool considering when they came to the green we were right over the top of them. As the day began to come to an end the clouds started to move over head. What was a 75 degree day now dropped ten degrees. For the past hour I was following the three best in the world when we came upon the final hole. All three of them tee’d off when all the sudden I hear this loud roar. It was a siren signalling that the players were to stop playing and head in due to rain. As soon as they made it to the clubhouse 5 minutes later it began to pour. We were just getting on a bus to take us back to our parking lot so we could begin to go
