How Fred Drew Became Hydroman?

Have you ever wonder how Fred Drew became Hydroman? One day he was swimming in the ocean when all of the sudden he started drowning. By the time they saved him, he swallowed a bunch of water. He was having a bad week as you can tell, because his house caught on fire but instead of burning to death, he accidentally threw fire out of the window and then evaporated somewhere out on the street. He then realized that the only reason why he could do any of this because of him drowning earlier in the week and that he is now made of water. He became very weak for a little bit until the effects wore off. He then knew that he needed to become a superhero and to save the house.
