If we want our brain been develop the way it supposed to do it, we need to do some kind of physical activity in our every day live and not be just on the coach wasting our live. This is one of many topics from Christopher Bergland the writer of many blogs about sports. His blogs are about how doing exercise will help us with our Cognitive Development, and how to keep our brain young and healthy. Bergland in his blog “Physical Activity is the No. 1 Way to Keep Your Brain Young” (Bergland, 2015). It would be important to understand how our brain need physical activity to keep young strong and if also improve our Cognitive ability.

He mention that never is too late to start to physical activity that way our structure of our brain cannot suffer deterioration with the age, we can prevent this from happening if we make this exercise habit as our daily routine. That our cognitive neural functions can change if our brain is not active this could also suffer from deficits that are correlated with blood supply deficiencies and can cause some disease like Alzheimer’s and dementia (Bergland, 2015).
Other researchers and bloggers publisher articles like, “Does exercise slow the aging process” that even small intents of physical activity can slow the aging process this is because exercise help prevent the length or our cells. And the growth of new cells that we are no limit to our born cells that this cells regenerate and replaced into brain neurons for that is necessary to do physical activity to nourish our new cells that way our brain will not age

Even though now our children do not play outside or do other aerobic activities they use they minds and their brain by playing video games they keep their brain active this also help to prevent health disease (Bergland, 2014).
