I do not agree with employing a child under the working age. If a company contribute to his/her education, still the situation is not fine. The time that the child is spending in working at the factory could be the time spent in some sport activity. at school or be with friends. According to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (1989) and the ILO Convention 182 on the worst forms of child labour (1999) refers to different forms of work that may provide financial health but will deny those children opportunities that would help them fulfill their other rights, such as education. In developing countries, child labor is necessary to the survival of families that are not able to afford two meals a day. The child workers are the only source of income in those household and if we take that chance of working from those children then we are also taking the basic needs of food, shelter and clothing from their whole family. Sometime when we think about the wider picture, feeding the whole family in this case, we need to ignore other aspects. Ethically it might not be correct but when we look at it from another angle of humanity then making children work to support their families also appears to be correct. I agree that children need to achieve basic education but id the company owner take this responsibility on their shoulders to provide that education and suitable working conditions for these children, then it is ethically correct to let these children
