What were some difficulties you experienced in teaching the relaxation technique?

When I taught the techniques of time management, I encountered a difficulty. I think that I did not explain enough clearly about the various activities, so that I have been constantly explaining the rules of the activities. Even though my roommate did a good job of every activity, I still felt that I had explained several times about how to do the activities of the quadrant, ABC123, and time log. And now I think that I spoke a lot of nonsense.

6. What did you enjoy the most in teaching the relaxation technique?

When I was a junior in high school, my AP US History teacher, Mrs. O’Brien, took my class to The Metropolitan Museum of Art. I always loved history in school, so from the moment I stepped foot into the museum, I was completely mesmerized by the exhibits. It felt like was living history; no longer a spectator but a participant. I stood next to the larger than life Greek sculptures, observed symbols on delicate Egyptian jars that contained ancient treasures, and personally admired a painting that was once merely in my textbook—Washington Crossing the Delaware by Emanuel Leutze. This particular piece that I recalled studying in class for its historical inaccuracies was standing before me.…
