Whenever I go to Wal-Mart, every worker and customer seems to be treated well. I feel that Wal-Mart does a decent job on not discriminating anyone. However, I have seen numerous articles and videos online about how bad Wal-Mart pays their employers. Overall, I feel that Wal-Mart really helps their customers a lot, but they need to focus more on how their employees get paid. This means that Wal-mart still has a long way to go in order give everyone enough equality in society.

Wal-Mart appears to be part of a lot of conflict between other groups of people in society. For example, there have been reports that Wal-Mart uses labor from other countries. This hurts certain groups of people from all around the world because they may be forced to work. In addition, Wal-Mart affects certain businesses. This also hurts a handful of people, because Wal-mart is a very large corporation to go up against economically. Overall, Wal-mart cannot help people without hurting certain unequal groups in our society. …show more content…
With that being stated, Wal-mart has all the resources needed to financially help certain groups of people in society. Wal-mart can look for other working methods to avoid foreign labor. Wal-mart can also help pay their workers more. These little things will help make our society
