The novel Five people you meet in Heaven by Mitch Albom is similar to the movie because it has a lot of the things in common. One similarity from the novel as in the movie is when Eddie dies he goes to heaven and he talks to the captain. Another similarity from the novel the same as the movie is when Robozzo got sick and shot by the crazies Eddie would be sticking up for him. Last similarity that the novel and movie have in common is when Eddie prayed to have another day with his wife. The Novel Five people you meet in heaven is different from the movie because they have some things that aren’t in the novel. One difference is that in the movies it said in the newspaper Accident on the pier although in the book it didn’t mention a newspaper
