Early in the film in the film when displaying his time on the farm and all that happened there, there were some scenes really displaying the color and how it would affect the mood. Let’s start when Roy is playing with his father at the farm and how the colors affect the mood. When you look at the back ground and what they are wearing it seems to be extremely bright and when the women calls Iris, all the crops are glowing a bright color. As we continue through out the scenes it seems as the colors are getting dimmer and dimmer losing their shine and we see the sun setting. When the father dies the colors get awfully dim and we start feeling a bit bitter inside and when the storm comes we feel even more sorrowful and sorry for the protagonist
