Growing up as a child, my parents were always very strict about the amount of technology my sister and I used in a course of a day. Playing on the computer and watching television was very limited. My sister and I would always complained about these obscure house rules, especially when we visited our friends and family’s homes where they had at least three televisions. We were often encouraged to read books and play outside. There were many times where we pleaded to our parents the importance of more technology; our case always came down to efficiency. Education technology really allows a student to explore the different areas of science and technology. Electronics is included in everyday learning throughout the world. Even in my high school, school administration gave every student a take-home I-pad for educational use. Fortunately, Technology helps prepare students to compete with other students globally. It has also afforded many students to submit online typed assignments. With online work submission on the rise, online school has consistently been really successful for many adults.
