School social work is my area of practice. School social workers work to enhance the academic success of students. Bullying and cyberbullying, school shootings, poverty, families, and teen pregnancies are all likely to affect my practice. “Since 2013, there have been at least 194 school shootings in America, an average of at least one a week.
