I strongly believe that racial profiling does still exist today because people discriminate whether it be your skin color, ethnic background and the stereotypes follow along with it. Racial profiling is targeting individuals for suspicion of crime. Racial profiling is based on your ethnicity,color of skin,religion or national origin. Racial profiling is all around. It is at restaurants,parks, schools, you will most likely see on the news or maybe even when you are walking somewhere. He has said many racial slurs.In one of Donald Trumps many speeches he had said, “sending people that have lots of problems” to America including rapists,drug runners and other crimminals. Donald Trump was implying that all Mexicans were just trouble makers. Another example of a racial slur Trump had made was when he had an interview to a business insider where he described the idea that the Mexican government is purposely “pushing the bad ones” to the US. he has said word for word that “The United States has become a dumping ground for Mexico and, in fact, for many other parts of the world.” This relates to the topic because Donald Trump has an obvious issue with Mexicans and believes that all Mexicans are that way.
You probably would not think that racial profiling happens to white people but it does. Some people who are asked what ethnicity they are and if they say German people automatically think they are a Natzi, no that is not how all Germans are or they make an assumption towards Hitler. Most racial profiling is directed towards mexican and blacks but it does also happens to whites.
Everyone at some people will or has gone through racial profiling. Racial profiling goes all around. No matter where you go it was allways be around.
