Hispanics, Asians, African, and Americans are mostly targeted. Racial profiling tends to lead to racism and fear. The impacts extends much more for those whom directly experience it. Racial profiling has become a tremendous issue in today's society and will continue to affect future generations. By affecting people psychologically, having an impact on people's jobs, changed the environment and has also destroyed public confidence in law enforcement.

Ever since 9/11 racial profiling has increased a lot. It has worsen the way people are view Asians, Muslims and Arabs to the extent that they had to go through various of security checks before entering the United States. It had a huge effect on many jobs like flight attendants. Flight attendants were fearful of many middle eastern people due to the racial profiling and the way they are viewed. Even teens are view differently due to the color of their skin. In a study of part-time jobs applicant between white and black race statistics have shown that someone whom is white would most likely be selected to be interviewed than if a man whom is black.
