People either steer towards the stereotypes, or away from them even if they are positive. Racially profiling someone takes away their uniqueness and individuality and that is something that every human being deserves. In “Who is a Whiz Kid?” by Ted Gup, he states that, “It is easy to delude one's self into thinking it harmless to offer racial compliments, but that is an inherent contradiction in terms.” This is relevant because, when many racial profile, they don’t realize they’re taking away that person’s individuality.
