Additionally, I am able to effectively implement the plan, evaluate the results and continually refine the plan as necessary until the project is successfully completed. Along with these strengths, I learned about some challenges that may hinder the completion or even the outcome of a project. Because my most pronounced weakness is time management, I think that the most important key to my success as a student is making a realistic but detailed plan for the times and days that I will study. I also plan to make goals for what I want to accomplish during each study session, using checklists to monitor my progress and keep me on track. I already take notes while I read and study, but I plan to implement the use of outlines after I read making sure to make the logical connections that make it easier for me to learn and remember.
