They are divided into what motivates us. The colors are Blue, Red, Yellow and White. Yellows need to be noticed and have fun. They love life, social connections, and being positive and spontaneous. Whites need to be accepted and treated with kindness. They are logical, objective, and tolerant of others. Blues need to have integrity and be appreciated. They are focused on quality and creating strong relationships. And finally Reds need to look good technically, be right, and be respected. They are strong leaders and love challenges. So a lot of the time once you figure out someone’s color you can plan activities and events that are tailored to what they want to do to have fun. Some would say that Stefani would be either a Yellow or a Blue…until you truly get to know her. Then you realize that she is her own color. She is motivated by food. The example that comes to mind when I say that is when we were coming home from Idaho Falls in my car, when all of a sudden the car started seizing and I had to pull over. At this time I called my insurance company and they told me that there would be a tow truck coming to get my car in about an hour. I was very annoyed that it was going to take that long, so I threw a fit and just lay my chair back and was scowling. At this time Stef says “hey at least the radio still works”, and she hooked her iphone up to it and started playing relaxing music, which instantly flipped my mood. I think that her ability to see the silver lining in situations is one of the main reasons that I find it so enjoyable to be around
