Meth is notorious for having negative effects on its users, but what many people do not consider is the toll that this drug specifically takes on society. Meth has also done it’s fair share of destruction on the people who are responsible or involved in distributing it. What many people may not understand is that meth can affect not just those involved, but everyone around those who are involved. Crank also causes a chain reaction of affection to everyone involved with it’s process of creation, and distribution. The first group of people that are affected by meth, with the exception of tweakers, consists of those who cook it. Meth chefs are constantly being exposed to many toxic fumes, and many explosive chemicals essentially making the process of cooking meth quite deadly. Another group of people who are negatively impacted by crystal in the long term are those who distribute it. The main point of danger in these folk’s everyday activities is the actual human contact with the tweakers themselves. Remember the aggressive behaviors, and addictive features of crank mentioned in the last paragraph? This can combine to create an atrocious behavior within a human being. The meth fiends are often put into situations in which they cannot afford to “legally” purchase the crank, because they have already spent the entirety of their achieved currency on crystal, but the fiends will always want more causing them to be willing to do unthinkable things for a rock. These “unthinkable” behaviors can include the fiends violently attacking the meth dealer, instantly putting meth dealers all over the nation in a hazardous state of being. There are many weak minded individuals in every community from all scales of society. Sometimes tragic events in a person's life can throw him or her off into a deep spiral of darkness. In this point of someone’s life, they are susceptible to show signs of desperation. The outcome of this desperation often enough can result in smoking meth. Statistics show that over 15 million Americans suffer from depression. Thats 6.7% of the entire adult population in the United States who is vulnerable to the dangers and influences of methamphetamine.
