The youth of America are some of the most technologically advanced youth groups in the world. Everywhere in America, there are teenagers who have all sorts of devices and gadgets to keep themselves stimulated through an endless stream of media and information. Through this constant stimuli, I believe teenagers have developed a dependence on the intelligence of others. This is made clear through teen-oriented movies, advertisement campaigns, and Facebook feeds, filled to the brim with celebrity quotes and appearances. I’ve come to notice that teens take their words as law, and spread them around like wild-fire. It goes without saying, but celebrities are not inherently well-rounded.
