Shakespeare crafts a predicament for Macbeth, should he kill King Duncan or keep his fulfilling honor. If Macbeth peculates King Duncan’s life through murder he will be satisfied through his act of ambition to be the new king. When or if the murder fails the wrath of guilt will consume Macbeth. Macbeth needs to make an essential decision on whether or not to kill the king. Murdering the king will be an act of betrayal to the community, but Macbeth desires the crowning of king and a pleased wife. Macbeth should not murder the king, because Macbeth does not have the strength to proceed through the whole murder.
