Imagine a world where everything is the same. In the novel The Giver written by Lois Lowry, everything is the same. Jonas is a normal kid and until he is selected as the receiver. He starts to question society when he starts to receive memory's. Jonas changes when he learns about the society and he goes from a rule follower to a rule breaker.
