When my sister came to the United States, our parent allowed her to have accessed to the internet. She spent a lot of her time in her room either with her phone or computer. She made a Facebook, My Space, Histogram and Gmail account, so that she would communicate her friends. In couple of weeks, she started to go to bed around 2:00AM and woke up late. She sometimes missed out on breakfast or come to it late. In addition, she have a rapid shifts of attention from someone who thinks for herself to someone who ask friends on social media for help with critical thinking problems. However, our parent told her that social media could be a distraction in paying attention to important matters such as going to bed early so that she would wake up for school on time and the need to eat breakfast at it designated time.

She would explain about a certain theory, but she could not analysis each details about the materials. For example, in the Developing Person through the Life Span states that most secondary students check facts, read explanations, view videos, and thus grasp concepts they would not have understood without technology. It have failed to provide for adolescent invisible analysis which could be on their notes book. These excessive usage of technology have made her not to think critical which have done more harm than good. As a result of that, our parents have bought textbook and notes book so that she could read and write out critical information. She would go on to her textbook to find supplement materials so that she could better understand the topics. She would also read each summary of every character on her textbook which explained the materials precisely. Last but not the least, technology could be helpful but it is time she start to think for
