After learning about his father's death and the real way that it has happened he is hesitant to take revenge upon the person who has done his father wrong. People who live in happiness do not always get to go their entire life in harmony, it only takes one obstacle to turn one's moral self immoral. A state of confusion rises within Hamlet as to whether or not he should believe the ghost of King Hamlet. But, after Hamlet finishes talking with the ghost of his father he ends by saying, “So, uncle, there you are. Now it’s time to deal with the vow I made to my father. He said, “Remember me.” I swore I would.” (I, IV, 5) Before Hamlet leaves, he gives his word that he will take on the revenge of his father's murder against Claudius. Hamlet becomes puzzled as to whether or not he should carry out the order his father has given him, even though he told him that he would. Pushing away the morals that he has once valued and appealing to the fact of satisfying revenge. After gathering the new information that he has learned Hamlet returns back to the palace to inform his mother and community about his want to leave for denmark but upon arrival his mother stops him from doing so, “Please answer my prayers, Hamlet, and stay with us. Don’t go back to Wittenberg.” (I, II, 5) Upon request from his mother Hamlet agrees to not leave showing that he does not intend
