There is a variety of effects that come from gun control. Many of these have aftermath that we under-estimate. A lot of people don’t even pay attention to it. As stated by Amy Davidson in the article Guns and Terror, “What stops mass shootings from seeming routine is, ultimately, the particular stories of the people who died.” These type effects obviously play a huge role in how much impact it has on today’s society. According to the article Gun Control In The United States: A Comparative Survey Of State Firearm Laws, “Further, gun violence and gun laws may have a reciprocal effect which can be difficult to deconstruct: tightening gun laws can reduce violence, but high levels of gun violence make it more likely that gun laws will be tightened.” This is very relevant to society today yet we don’t really admire it. That is one of the many problems that we face today. Along with that, we also face the problem of, as stated by William English in the article Economic And Ideological Corruptions Of The Regulatory State, the fact that “Moreover, some gun control efforts likely make us less safe, but are judged on their intention rather than their effects.” Most people don’t look at the future and what may affect
