How Does Football Affect Me

“A nail that sticks out will be hammered.” That’s an old Chinese proverb that I heard when I was little. This was the first year I played football and i didn't want to make a fool of myself. “I am determined to succeed.” I told myself but I didn't know how much it was actually gonna take to be an all-star. This past year, I chose to play football for the first time. At first I was nervous about messing up, which I did, but I corrected my mistakes and preventing it from happening by practicing in my spare time. Most of all, I was intimidated by the players that had been playing since they young, yet I bypassed my fear.
