Food is one of the most important elements in our life. Human cannot get rid of it until there is no life left. About one in nine people who do not have a proper meal, hungering or thirsting, resulting in stunted grow of health. On the other hand, people, who have the ability to achieve their meal, used to have plenty food choices. There are number of factors which influenced their decisions. Health is one of the factors which consumers consider about. The first idea of eating that contributes our body, mostly believed, would be the physical health. Whereas human are not the same as machine, but do have spirit. Thus, there is a must for people to choose food carefully because the nutrients will affect people’s emotions. Therefore, they prefer to buy food which are cheaper and are able to save more money. This would be an opportunity cost for the other uses of the customers, which sounds better for budgeting. Nevertheless, this reason would consequently bring to an unfavorable result and would cause an unhealthy psychological development. In 2014, a defense scientist, Kate Flinders, published an article, “Health Check: how food affects mood and mood affects food”, which has a particular point of view on this area. She pointed out that those food might provide rapid energy and would shift good mood but these effects were usually flopping immediately. With the developing of various job positions, different working times have occurred. People used to have changes their life styles, habits and food choices in order to fit their working schedules. Consequently, a serious but common situation has occurred. Taking breakfast as an example, a USDA (cited in World Food Programme, 2015) report stated that there were 22% of people who skipped the breakfast every day. There is an increase in number of people skipping their breakfast since having a breakfast also take time. Some of us may question if this action was really that serious. Thus, researchers pointed out that a proper breakfast is a resource of a day’s energy. It also represents of opposing positive emotion.
