Deadly fishing nets capture innocent lives.
Sea lions captured the hearts of all Australians. fishing nets are damaging the marine life, especially along the coast of Queensland. Dr. Merlin told the daily news, "We could be talking about hundreds of sea lions washing up ashore dead along the entire coast.” Just yesterday, the 18th of June was national Go Fishing Day, however, the majority of fisherman uses large nets, yet ultimately results in other marine life washed up on the beach.

Just off the Sunshine Coast, a report of 100 washed up dead sea lions- mostly newborns- has come to the attention of locals. Local news reporter, Jack Bush spoke, “The lifeguards found the sea lions washed up on the sand at 8:00 in the morning to find the sea
