As Night goes on we see that Elie starts to lose faith in God and sees his father as more of a mentor now. “For the first time, I felt anger rising within me. Why should I sanctify His name? The Almighty, the eternal and terrible Master of the Universe, chose to be silent. What was there to thank Him for”(Wiesel 33)? This shows us that Elie is starting to lose faith in God. He realizes that he should always cherish those who are closest to you and that care about you the most. One example of somebody changing their perspective was when Scout and Jem meets Boo Radley for the first time. They do not see him as everybody thinks he is (stereotypes) they see him as the person that he really is. “Scout, I think I'm beginning to understand something. I think I'm beginning to understand why Boo Radley's stayed shut up in the house all this time... it's because he wants to stay inside”(Lee 304). This shows how even if you feel one way at first, your opinion will almost always change itself to the
