How Does Drinking And Driving Affect Society

One of the worst effects that drinking and driving has on society is loss of human life. Drinking can drastically change one's driving skills for the worse. Driving requires the brain to have complete control over the eyes, hands, and feet of the driver, but when the driver becomes intoxicated the brain no longer has complete control.
