The headlines read President Elect, Donald Trump, and the United Nations clash on certain topics however the issue is much bigger than that. It is not surprising that UN is not fond of some of the views Trump has expressed on certain topics. This article focuses on finding a solution before there 's even a problem when it comes down to Donald Trump influence on global issues. UN has bigger issues than dwelling on their dislike for the President Elect. The UN instead are more concerned with those countries and people on the receiving end of the decisions Donald Trump has threatened to make. His position was that the capitalist economic system was linked with problems of class conflict. Capitalists use their economic power to exert power over the major institutions within society. This is true in all cultures regardless of the variance in ethnicity and there cannot be simplified to one particular region of the world. The UN which is an intergovernmental organization that encourages international co-operation and, according to this article, other things as well. For example, the importance of money. Nevertheless, culture plays a huge part in that. Culture relatively is something we all need to practice even within our own cultures. By that I mean, within our own societies we should change the way in which we consider a norm and also deviant. I, myself, plan on taking this information and being sure I incorporate it into everyday conversations that way opening the dialogue to educate people on some of the issues we ignore. Going forward, I will take it even further by giving this information to my children and I will be sure they give it to their children’s children. Knowledge is not worth anything if it is not shared. We should be more accepting of people as they are and embrace change. This article reinforces multiple times how self-centered individuals and institutions are and how motivated they are by money while at the same time acknowledging that no culture is better than the other.
