How Does Divorce Affect Children As Much As It Affect Their Parents?

Does divorce affect children as much as it affects their parents? Is the question asked during researching for this essay and the answer found was yes. Children are affected as much or even more than their parents in divorce and this is why. Children from divorced families blame the divorce of their parents onto themselves, they also start to feel depressed, anxious, some start to develop behavior problems and in some cases of divorce children lose a big role model in their life. So let’s shed a little more light on these topics, starting with the first one I mentioned. Children blame themselves for the divorce in other words they feel guilty or responsible for the divorce and no matter what their age is, they have a limited understanding of divorce in the first place.
