Bullying is a form of abuse that happens mostly to children in school. In some cases, adults don't stop bullying because they think being bullied is a part of growing up. Also, school shootings and suicide are two possible outcomes of bullying. Bullying can effect children in a way where they are scared to come to school and this can lead to a very anti-social adulthood.
